Singapore's Senior Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam spoke on “Inclusive Growth: Learning from Experience, Partnering for the Future” and “How Africa and Asia can work together for broad-based prosperity”
Mr. Shanmugaratnam commended Africa's diverse economic potential and noted that with the right policies and linkages, Africa can become an indispensable global economic hub.Additionally, Mr. Shanmugaratnam outlined five strategies to underpin Africa’s transformation drive and efforts to build inclusive growth.
